These terms apply when you download or play Merge Crown ("the game"), made by Aziz Boyuneğmez and İlker Yağız Şener ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, reverse-engineer it, or use cheats or tools that interfere with how it works or how ads are shown.
Ads
The game is free and supported by ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products, sites or apps they link to. Rewarded ads are optional.
Ownership
The game, its code, art and name belong to us or to the creators we license from (listed on the game's Credits page). These terms don't give you any ownership of them.
Your data
How the game handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your progress will never be lost. We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to play after that means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
